Dance Instructor | Choreographer | Worship Artist

Bela Rice Gillett, a Jacksonville native, began her dance journey at the age of 3 and trained extensively at No Limits Dance Studio in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Hip-Hop, and Acro. She began competing at age 5 and went on to earn numerous high awards throughout her competitive dance career. Bela quickly became known for her dynamic, powerful, and emotionally charged performances.

In addition to dance, Bela cultivated a love for singing and trained for several years with a private vocal coach. She was accepted into the prestigious Douglas Anderson School of the Arts for vocal performance, but later chose to complete her education through Clay County Virtual School, graduating early to begin her college studies. She is currently pursuing her degree at St. Johns River State College while teaching at NLD.

Bela’s talent extends beyond performance—she has received multiple choreography awards from competition judges who praised her creative vision and execution. She currently serves as a choreographer for the NLD Dance Company, local churches, and Christian recording artists, contributing to live performances and music videos.

Today, Bela is a young married woman actively involved in ministry. She is a member of the worship team at Church of Eleven22 (Losco Road) and uses her gifts in both faith and movement to inspire others. Her deep-rooted passion for God and dance makes her a powerful and impactful instructor, dedicated to helping students connect purposefully with their art.
