At No Limits Dance Studio, our Competition Team is made up of passionate, hard-working dancers who train year-round to excel in both performance and technique. Divided into four companies based on age and experience, each group brings their own unique style, energy, and dedication to the stage.

Senior Company

As our most advanced team, the Senior Company represents the heart of our studio family. These dancers have spent years honing their craft and now use their experience to inspire others. While they master complex choreography and perform at a high level, their most important role is serving as role models to our younger dancers, leading by example with kindness, dedication, and passion.

Teen Company

Our Teen Company is where technical growth meets personal expression. This group focuses on expanding their versatility and deepening their artistry as they transition toward more advanced movement. In this supportive environment, dancers are encouraged to take risks and grow their confidence, bridging the gap between being a student and becoming a seasoned performer.

Intermediate Company

The Intermediate Company is for dancers who are ready to take their commitment to the next level. This tier emphasizes building a strong technical bridge, focusing on consistency, teamwork, and the discipline of competitive dance. It’s a place where lasting friendships are formed and where dancers learn that their individual growth contributes to the success of the whole team.

Junior Company

Junior Company is an exciting milestone for dancers ready for the next step in their journey as dancers. This level is dedicated to building a solid foundation of technique and consistency. We focus on nurturing each dancer’s self-esteem, helping them express themselves with confidence on stage while they learn what it means to be a supportive and reliable teammate.

Mini Company

Mini Company is where the magic begins! This group is for our youngest competitive dancers, brimming with personality and a love for movement. In a nurturing, high-energy environment, we guide them through their very first steps in the world of competition. Our goal is to foster a lifelong love for dance and a sense of belonging within our studio family from day one.
