At No Limits Dance Studio, our Competition Team is made up of passionate, hard-working dancers who train year-round to excel in both performance and technique. Divided into four companies based on age and experience, each group brings their own unique style, energy, and dedication to the stage.

Senior Company

Our most advanced team, Senior Company dancers are experienced performers who serve as role models for the younger teams. They compete at a high level, often taking on complex choreography and leadership opportunities.

Tenn Company

These dancers are refining their skills and expanding their versatility across styles. The Intermediate Company bridges the gap between Junior and Senior levels, with strong technique and growing artistry.

Intermediate Company

Teen Company dancers are eager, enthusiastic, and full of potential. They continue to build a strong foundation while learning the discipline and teamwork that come with competitive dance.

Junior Company

Junior Company represents the next step in a dancer’s journey. These dancers are committed to improving their technique, building consistency, and expressing themselves with confidence.

Mini Company

Our youngest competitive dancers, are full of personality and passion. With guidance and encouragement, they take their first steps into the world of competition and performance.
